By accessing and using Rejoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Rejoy.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Rejoy under the following conditions:

2.1 Free Version

  • Use in both personal and commercial projects
  • Modify and adapt the code for your needs
  • Distribute modifications under the same license
  • Credit the original project (appreciated but not required)

2.2 Pro Version

  • All rights from the free version
  • Access to premium features and support
  • Usage limited to the terms of your subscription
  • No redistribution of pro features

3. Disclaimer

Rejoy is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. JUSTPLATYPOST makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of intellectual property

4. Limitations

In no event shall JUSTPLATYPOST or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Rejoy.

5. Payment Terms

For Pro version subscribers:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice
  • Taxes may apply based on your location

6. Modifications

JUSTPLATYPOST reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using Rejoy, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
